Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups finely chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture and place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one.
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the broccoli balls are golden and crispy on the outside.
  5. Serve them warm—perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish!
