Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls
Ingredients:
- 2 cups finely chopped broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture and place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the broccoli balls are golden and crispy on the outside.
- Serve them warm—perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish!
