Chicken Parmesan Meatballs


 Ingredients:

 - 1 lb ground chicken

 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 - 1/4 cup chopped parsley

 - 1 egg

 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

 - 1 teaspoon salt

 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

 - 2 cups marinara sauce

 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

 

 Directions:

 1. Let's start by preheating your oven to a toasty 400°F (200°C).

 2. In a big, friendly bowl, toss in the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Give it a good mix until everything's happily combined.

 3. Roll that delightful mixture into meatballs and lay them out on a baking sheet, ready for some oven magic.

 4. Into the oven they go for about 20 minutes, or until they're cooked through and just waiting to be enjoyed.

 5. Meanwhile, in a cozy skillet, warm up the marinara sauce over a friendly medium heat. Once the meatballs are ready, join them with the sauce for a flavorful simmer of about 5 minutes.

 6. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top and cover to let it melt into delicious perfection.
