Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 8 oz (227g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (60g) breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup (60ml) mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup (40g) green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
  • ½ tsp (2g) salt
  • ¼ tsp (1g) black pepper
  • ½ tsp (2g) paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir until smooth.
  3. Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, packing it in generously.
  4. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes:

  • For an extra cheesy kick, sprinkle shredded cheese on top before baking.
  • Want more flavor? Try adding some chopped spinach to the filling!
