Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) large mushrooms, stems removed
- 8 oz (227g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (60g) breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup (60ml) mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (40g) green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
- ½ tsp (2g) salt
- ¼ tsp (1g) black pepper
- ½ tsp (2g) paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir until smooth.
- Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, packing it in generously.
- Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes:
- For an extra cheesy kick, sprinkle shredded cheese on top before baking.
- Want more flavor? Try adding some chopped spinach to the filling!
