Cheesy Baked Pizza Casserole (Low-Carb)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 cup low-carb marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with a little oil or butter.
- Prepare the Base: Spread the cooked ground beef or sausage evenly in the baking dish. Pour the marinara sauce over it and spread evenly.
- Layer the Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle diced bell pepper, onions, bacon (if using), and Italian seasoning. If you like spice, add red pepper flakes.
