Cadbury Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 7 oz Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat & Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Melt Chocolate & Butter: In a heatproof bowl, melt the chopped Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate and butter together over a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir until smooth, then set aside to cool slightly.

  3. Whisk Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

  4. Combine & Mix: Stir in the melted chocolate mixture, then gently fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.

  5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).

  6. Cool & Serve: Let the brownies cool in the pan before slicing. Serve warm or chilled, with a scoop of ice cream if desired. Enjoy!
