Sausage, Egg & Cream Cheese Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 (30 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until it’s browned and crumbled. Drain off any excess grease.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked sausage, hashbrowns, softened cream cheese, eggs, milk, shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything’s well combined.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is fully set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
