Sausage, Egg & Cream Cheese Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 (30 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until it’s browned and crumbled. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked sausage, hashbrowns, softened cream cheese, eggs, milk, shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything’s well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is fully set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
