Garlic Butter Chicken and Broccoli Skillet

Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 head of broccoli, cut into florets

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.

Add the broccoli florets and chicken broth. Cover and cook until the broccoli is tender.

Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Serve hot and enjoy!

Tips:

You can sprinkle some red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
