Cheesy Beef and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is hot and bubbly with a light golden top.
