Cheesy Beef and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is hot and bubbly with a light golden top.

  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
