Hot Fudge Brownie Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra gooeyness)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract. Stir in the melted butter and milk until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the hot fudge sauce, swirling it through the batter for a rich, fudgy center. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Allow it to cool completely before slicing.
