Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks

For the Topping:

  • 4 Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Make the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into a greased 8x8-inch pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, caramel sauce, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Assemble the Bars: Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the crushed Butterfinger bars on top and drizzle with extra caramel sauce.
  4. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set. Slice into bars and garnish with whipped cream if desired.
