Bacon Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Bacon Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 7 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3.5 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 3.5 oz pickles, sliced
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Bacon – In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.

  2. Prepare the Meat – In the same skillet, cook the ground beef with salt and pepper until browned and fully cooked (about 7–10 minutes). Stir in the crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese, then remove from heat.

  3. Preheat & Prep the Buns – Preheat your oven to 400°F. Slice the burger buns in half and place them on a baking sheet.

  4. Assemble the Bombs – Take a portion of the meat mixture and shape it into a small ball. Place it in the center of the bottom half of a bun, then press the top half down, sealing the meat inside. Repeat with the remaining buns.

  5. Bake – Brush the tops of the buns lightly with olive oil and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Prep the Toppings – While the cheeseburger bombs are baking, wash and dry the lettuce, then slice the tomato and pickles.

  7. Serve – Once baked, let them cool slightly. Open the buns and add lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Close and serve hot.

Pro Tips:

  • Serve with crispy fries or a fresh salad for a full meal.
  • Customize with your favorite toppings—onions, mayo, or even jalapeños for a spicy kick!
