DIY Souffle Pancakes! 🥞


Ingredients:

- 2 large Eggs 🥚🥚

- 3 tbsp White Sugar 

- 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour 

- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 

- 1/4 cup Milk 🥛

- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 

- Butter, for cooking 


Directions:

1. Separate the egg yolks and whites into two different bowls.

2. In the bowl with the egg yolks, add sugar and whisk until pale and fluffy.

3. Sift in the flour and baking powder, then add milk and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

4. In the bowl with the egg whites, beat until stiff peaks form.

5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until just combined.

6. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and brush with butter.

7. Spoon dollops of the pancake batter onto the pan, making sure not to overcrowd.

8. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 4 minutes, or until the pancakes start to bubble.

9. Carefully flip the pancakes and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until cooked through.

10. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings and enjoy your fluffy souffle pancakes!


Tips:

- Be gentle when folding in the egg whites to keep the batter light and airy.

- Cooking the pancakes on low heat helps them cook evenly without burning.

- Feel free to customize your pancakes with toppings like fresh fruit, syrup, or whipped cream.
