Honey Butter Sweet Alabama Pecanbread π―π
This moist and rich pecan bread is packed with nutty goodness and a sweet honey butter flavor. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a snack!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pecans, finely chopped π°
- 1 ½ cups self-rising flour πΎ
- 1 cup granulated sugar π¬
- 1 cup brown sugar π―
- 1 cup vegetable oil π’️
- 4 large eggs, beaten π₯
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract πΏ
- ¼ teaspoon salt π§
- ¼ cup honey π―
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine self-rising flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt.
